DTAH was retained by the Municipality of Clarington to develop a master plan for the Jury Lands that integrates new residential and mixed-use development around a campus of culturally significant buildings and landscapes. Designated as a National Historic Site, the Jury Lands includes the original Boys Training School (converted during World War Two into Camp 30), six significant prairie-style buildings oriented around a ring road, immediately adjacent to the Soper Creek ravine. The overall site vision, planning framework, adaptive re-use and landscape opportunities will be presented at a public meeting on June 13, 2018, 6:30-8:30PM at John M. James Public School in Bowmanville. Learn more
