Current Openings

DTAH is a highly collaborative, energetic practice that also likes to have fun. If you care deeply about making a positive impact on communities through design, we’d like you to join our team.

Working at DTAH

As a smaller studio of under 50 staff, DTAH is highly collaborative and invested in professional development.

Our supportive, mentorship culture allows everyone to explore professional interests and gain exposure to a broad range of projects. We offer staff a variety of opportunities for professional development as well as social events.

Benefits

Our studio offers paid overtime, healthcare benefits, paid association dues, mindfulness allowance, and yearly bike tune ups to all of our staff. We also currently offer remote work options.

Career Growth

We regularly host in-house professional development sessions and learning opportunities here at the studio. We also provide an allowance for professional development to support the growth of our staff.

Social Events

In the past we have hosted watercolour painting workshops, volunteered together in the community, and ran gardening initiatives with our in-house Green Team. In light of COVID-19, we often host virtual and outdoor social events.

Community Engagement

We’re always active in our communities as designers and leaders of our industry.

We’re always looking to speak with people interested in our studio.
