DTAH is a highly collaborative, energetic studio committed to design with a conscience. If you care deeply about making a positive impact on communities through design, we’d like you to join our team.
Our supportive, mentorship culture allows everyone to explore professional interests and gain exposure to a broad range of projects. We offer staff a variety of opportunities for professional development as well as social events.
Our studio offers paid overtime, healthcare benefits, paid association dues, mindfulness allowance, and yearly bike tune ups to all of our staff. We also currently offer remote work options.
We regularly host in-house professional development sessions and learning opportunities here at the studio. We also provide an allowance for professional development to support the growth of our staff.
In the past we have hosted watercolour painting workshops, volunteered together in the community, and ran gardening initiatives with our in-house Green Team. We are committed to maintaining an office culture that is inclusive, equitable, and respectful, and supportive of maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
