DTAH has been selected by City Council to move forward with the detailed design and implementation of the Niagara Falls Exchange, a new cultural hub and farmers' market. The Needs Assessment and Concept Plan was completed by DTAH in November 2017. The project consists of a new two-storey building of approximately 14,000 SF to house the farmers’ market as well as a range of cultural activities and services including artist studios, a tool library, workshop, and large and small multipurpose rooms to support the arts community of Niagara Falls. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2019, and open either late 2019 or early 2020. Read more here
